Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and detailing on all our garments. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely manner and in excellent condition. However, in case you face any issue with the garment you receive, please review our policy below:

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Exchange will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect in the garment.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The defect must be clearly visible and verified by our team.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the garment.

To request an exchange, please email us at designsshamli@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Clear images of the defect
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and contact you with the next steps. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 10 days of confirmation.

Please note:

  • Customized garments (size, colour, embroidery, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Size Issues & Alterations

If there is a size issue, we do not offer exchange. However, you may request an alteration.

Please:

  • Refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the garment for any alteration request.
  • Clearly mention the changes required in your email.

Once received, we will process the alteration and ship the garment back to you.
Please note that all courier charges (to and from) will be borne by the customer.


Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided, or in case of three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number for correction.


Colours

We have made every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays across devices, slight variations in colour may occur.


Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
